2019 RED RIVER ATHLETIC CONFERENCE OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD CHAMPIONSHIP

BULLARD, Texas - The Texas College men's track and field team competed in the 2019 Red River Athletic Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship hosted at Brook Hill School.The Steers scored a total of 163 points tying them for second place with Our Lady of the Lake University. Texas College has seven men who will be going on to compete as National Qualifiers.

• Eddie Shoots (NA), 400 Meter Hurdles Champion will be a National Qualifier with a time of 55.37. Shoots also finished 7^th Place Javelin Throw at 31.00m.
• Donovan Mansfield (NA), Placed 2^nd in the 100 Meter Run National Qualifier with a time of 10.65. Mansfield also finished placed 4^th in the 200 Meter Run with a time of 21.89.
• Andre Jefferson (NA), was the Long Jump Champion National Qualifier at 7.09m. Jefferson also placed 4^th in the Triple Jump at 12.65m, placed 4^th in the High Jump at 1.85m, and placed 4^th in the 100 Meter Run with a time of 10.75.
• Jamison Wooden (NA), placed 2^nd in the Long Jump National Qualifier at 6.90m, was the Triple Jump Champion National Qualifier at 14.36m, and placed 8^th in the 400 Meter Run with a time of 51.29.
• Ryan Woodard (NA), placed 3^rd in the High Jump at 1.85m and placed 5^th in the Long Jump at 6.58m.
• Willie Teo-Clifton (NA), was the Javelin Throw Champion at 45.60m, placed 5^th in the Shot Put, and placed 7^th in the Discuss Throw at 30.74m.
• Curdaence Chambers (NA), placed 3^rd in the Shot Put at 11.69m.
• Fabian Arreola (NA) placed 5^th in the 5000 Meter Run with a time of 17:29.16.
• Jerson Andrade (NA), placed 4^th in the Javelin Throw at 34.86m.
• Tyler Sanders (NA) finished 6^th in the 3000 Meter Run with a time of 10:43.61.
• Cory Crayton (NA), finished 8^th in the 1500 Meter Run with a time of 4:41.45, 6^th in the 800 Meter Run at 2:08.45, and 5^th in the 400 Meter Hurdles with a time of 1:01.63.
• Jeremiah Thompson (NA), finished 6^th in the 400 Meter Run with a time of 50.63.
• Marshall Spraglin (NA), placed 8^th in Shot Put.
• Jeremiah Thompson, Donovan Mansfield, Jamison Wooden, and Andre Jefferson would be the 4x100 Meter Relay Champion Team and National Qualifier with a time of 41.66.
• Jeremiah Thompson, Eddie Shoots, Fabian Arreola, and Tyler Sanders would be the 4x800 Meter Relay Champion team with a time of 8:22.71.
• Jeremiah Thompson, Eddie Shoots, Jamison Wooden, and Donovan Mansfield would place 2^nd in the 4x400 Meter Relay with a time of 3:20.96.
